Catalyst is a high-energy, faith-building environment designed especially for 5th–6th graders. Catalyst meets every Wednesday night while school is in session.
Students begin the night in worship with the CPC Youth group, then break into age-appropriate small groups where they learn Bible stories, talk about real life, and discover the importance of loving Jesus and loving others. Through teaching, discussion, and fun activities, kids build a strong foundation of faith in a way they can understand.
Catalyst is led by Greg and Stephanie Taylor, who are passionate about helping kids grow in their relationship with Jesus in a safe, encouraging environment.

Effective Wednesday, April 1st, Catalyst will transition to 5th & 6th grade students only.
Prior to, Catalyst served 1st-6th graders.
This decision has been made with a lot of prayer and thoughtful consideration. Sunday School Classes are available for Newborn - 4th Grade, leaving a focus for and opportunity needed for 5th and 6th graders. With the ongoing construction of our Generations Project and a current shortage of volunteers, we want to ensure we are creating a safe, focused, and meaningful environment for every student. This shift helps us be more intentional in how we disciple and care for them during this season.
Please note: ALL students currently in Greg Taylor’s 5th & 6th grade class will still be able to attend weekly.
